​The new rear-wheel drive Lamborghini Huracán LP 580-2 was unveiled for the first time by President and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini Mr. Stephan Winkelmann ahead of the 2015 Los Angeles Auto Show. The Lamborghini Huracán LP 580-2 is produced at the Automobili Lamborghini headquarters in Sant’Agata Bolognese its world-renown facility.

The motif for this V10 bull is a “runner’s high” as endorphins flood the body producing incredible sensations. Not only is this a fun car to drive, but it is a super sports car that is serious in performance and traditional sports-car like handling with its rear wheel drive configuration. DESIGN

​UNICOLOR FULL LEATHER: Most of the cockpit is upholstered in fine nappa leather.

UNICOLOR SPORTIVO ALCANTARA®: With this package the following parts are upholstered in Alcantara®: roof lining, A-pillars, lower dashboard, door panels inner trim, seat centers, center console upper / lower sides, lid of storage bin and defroster trim.

BICOLOR SPORTIVO ALCANTARA®: This combination includes the same parts in Alcantara® of UNICOLOR SPORTIVO ALCANTARA, with a contrasting color for the following parts: lower dashboard, door panels inner trim lower part, seat centers, center console lower sides and lid of storage bin.

BICOLOR SPORTIVO LEATHER: This package has the same color combination as the Bicolor Sportivo Alcantara®, but the contrast colors are upholstered in fine nappa leather.

BICOLOR ELEGANTE LEATHER: Nine different dedicated contrasting colors are available. Lower dashboard, door panel inner trim, seat center, center console, center console sides and lower part are presented in the choosen contrast color.

PERFORMANCE

​The power of the V10 engine is brought to the road via the new 7-speed dual-clutch transmission “Lamborghini Doppia Frizione” (LDF) and fully electronically controlled four-wheel drive system. The different driving modes of the Huracán can be selected via a driving dynamics selector switch in the steering wheel – from traction-oriented on the road to extreme performance on the race track, with three setups of the dynamics system: STRADA, SPORT and CORSA. The different modes ensure extensive modification in road behavior of the Huracán. In particular they influence the set-ups of several systems, such as the gearbox and engine behavior, the sound, the four-wheel-drive system and electronic stability control. The “Lamborghini Dynamic Steering” variable steering ratio system and magneto-rheologic suspension dampers are both available as options for further customization of the Huracán’s dynamic behavior. They are also calibrated via the three different dynamic set-ups.
