The front of the 570S Spider is strikingly low, creating a poised stance that emphasises the mid-engined layout. The crisp contours of the bonnet pierce the air and channel it over fluid, sculpted surfaces towards the side intakes and rear of the car.
570S Spider Alloy Wheels
The forged alloy wheels shown here have been specially designed for the Spider. Lightweight and extra strong, they’re supplied with high-grip Pirelli P Zero™ Corsa tyres to deliver even faster cornering, improved traction and better braking.
McLaren Speedmark LED Lights
Perhaps the first and last design element other drivers will notice is the McLaren speedmark. Both the high-intensity LED headlights and the slimline LED tail lights are fashioned in the shape of this distinctive McLaren symbol.
Convenient Luggage Space
Despite the advanced mechanism that makes the roof completely disappear into the car, 52 litres of luggage space is available at the rear when the roof is up. Another 150 litres is at the front, making the Spider an ideal choice for that long weekend away.

The Bowers & Wilkins 12-speaker surround system offers enhanced sound beyond the standard 4-speaker 240W audio system. Driven by a 14-channel 1280W amplifier it delivers crystal clear music through two carbon fibre Rohacell sub-bass woofers, five Kevlar mid-range drive units, and five aluminium Nautilus tweeters.

The 570S Spider is equally at home in the city as it is on a twisting mountain pass or your favourite racetrack. The Active Dynamics Panel lets you select the optimum setting for any road condition. Choose Normal, Sport or Track and the car responds accordingly – from a (relatively) sedate drive in town to an adrenalin-fuelled lap.
3.8-Litre McLaren V8 Engine
The all-aluminium twin-turbocharged engine is mounted extremely low in the chassis behind the driver for enhanced agility and delivers a class-leading 570PS.
7-Speed Gearbox
The seven-speed seamless-shift gearbox can be used in Auto mode for maximum convenience, or controlled via steering-wheel-mounted rocker-shift paddles for manual gear selection.
Exhaust
The 570S Coupé features a louder exhaust sound compared to the 540C and 570GT. For an even more potent growl, a Sports Exhaust is available as an option and provides a stunning soundtrack to the car’s performance.
Carbon Ceramic Brakes
The 570S Spider stops as impressively as it accelerates. Carbon ceramic brakes fitted with 6-piston calipers at the front and four-pistons at the rear need only 32 metres to take the Spider from 100km/h to standstill.
